A company can only be successful if there is good management. Any lack of communication from the management department can be detrimental to project success and affect the profitability and reputation of a company. We at SBK, ensure we have a seamless and transparent process across all the different departments. Our upper, lower and middle management communicate with each other on a constant basis, so that there is project success.

In addition, we make use of a centralized information system known as the ERP (enterprise resource planning). With the help of this system, all the information regarding finance, production, inventory, and human resources are stored into this centralized system. The management can view this information and all the daily operations performed by our employees from this one centralized system.
